1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YegnaClub platform, including the website at yegnaclub.com and any associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

YegnaClub LLC ("YegnaClub," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Maintain only one account per individual

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Commission Terms

YegnaClub enables you to earn commission-based rewards when you shop at partner retailers through our affiliate links. You understand and agree to the following:

• Estimated commissions: Commission amounts displayed on the Service are estimates until confirmed by the affiliate network or retailer. Estimated commissions may be adjusted, reduced, or reversed based on returns, cancellations, or affiliate network corrections.
• Confirmation timeline: Commissions typically take 30 to 90 days to be confirmed by affiliate networks. YegnaClub has no control over this timeline.
• Commission split: Confirmed commissions are allocated as follows: 60% to your Family Balance (for sending home), 15% to your User Credit (personal cashback), and 25% as a platform fee retained by YegnaClub.
• Minimum withdrawal: You must accumulate a minimum balance of $10.00 in confirmed, available funds before requesting a withdrawal.
• No guarantee: Commission rates are set by retailers and affiliate networks and are subject to change without notice. YegnaClub does not guarantee any specific rate of return.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

YegnaClub participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click on a link to a partner retailer through our Service and make a purchase, YegnaClub may receive a commission from that retailer or its affiliate network.

This commission is the source of rewards shared with our members. The prices you pay at partner retailers are not affected by using YegnaClub links. Our recommendations and featured retailers may be influenced by commission rates and affiliate partnerships.

6. Withdrawal Terms

When you request a withdrawal, you agree to the following:

• Only confirmed, available funds may be withdrawn
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00
• Withdrawals may be processed via supported methods including remittance partners (for sending to Ethiopia), PayPal, or bank transfer
• Processing times vary by withdrawal method and are subject to third-party processing delays
• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information; YegnaClub is not liable for funds sent to incorrect recipients due to information you provided
• YegnaClub reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals if we suspect fraud or violation of these Terms

YegnaClub is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed money transmitter. We facilitate the transfer of earned rewards through third-party partners.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Generating fraudulent clicks, purchases, or commissions
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn additional rewards
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Purchasing items solely for the purpose of earning commissions with the intent to return them
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending or available commission balances.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and all other content, is the property of YegnaClub LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YEGNACLUB LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Any confirmed, available balance may be paid out at our discretion, subject to these Terms
• Pending or estimated commissions that have not been confirmed will be forfeited
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitation of liability, governing law, and intellectual property provisions

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Account termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
